Scroll for Armor for Attack probably. Something like that... You use one, and then use a lot of Chaos of Goodness... But the EE will probably not increase the Attack.

She traded that knuckle for a tyrant equip. So dam lucky.

nexon is having a problem with their wording. i think they meant all scroll will not succeed unless its an EE. so it should be "all scroll except EE will fail".

The equipment is currently glitched or something, so the ones that explicitly state "All scrolls except EE will work" are false. You CAN use EE scrolls, and all 15 will work.
The funny part is, supposedly AEE scrolls will still make it boom (not sure if it's 100% boom no matter what, though)

It specifically states all, but EE's will work 100%. This is kind of confusing because there's also another scroll that says all except strengthening scrolls won't blow up.

They fixed that a while ago, they can be repaired now.

@0DeathTheKid The Root Abyss equips that say "All Scrolls Except EE will succeed" can actually be EEd, just not AEEd. Their limit is 15 stars instead of 12.
@squire7766 same answer as above, and I'm pretty sure you can repair them now. @wallim209 has a bunch of those equips on his Kaiser atm and hasn't had any issues.

Just that after 12, your item cannot be protected.
