Which look is better?
Which one should I use? Left or right? Feel free to leave suggestions to fix it!
I do have other hairs such as black victory hair, black sun hair and black sharp cut

stick with the winter hat and lose the blue highheels

I don't know man, I don't like either of the looks. I say option number 3; back to the drawing board.
Left if you get pants, if not, then the right looks better.
Look to hipster on the right.
Left looks more home-made and natural, where-as right looks more like you walked into the mall and bought things to look trendy and cool.
I think the left one looks nicer. I think that the hat on the right ruins the look.

The right one. The left clashes because you're wearing shorts with a winter hat and cape
Take the hat and cape off from the one of the left.
Change the hair maybe and don't turn it blue for the love of god
