I don't think it's available anymore. It was in a Dual Blade CS package years ago, and came with a matching Katara and outfit.
Best katara ive seen was a 217 one enhanced to 232atk.

Then by your logic, the 608 ST Swords and 301 Cravens are also legit as before they were duped, they were made by exploiting a bug just like how that katara was made

@cvmrocks it's still quite legit and QUITE godly. so it does deserve to be on there, regardless of your ideology.
