Anger Problems
I really dont know how to deal with my anger problems.
I get mad over things that I could walk away or laugh about.
I dong wanna Look at google for problems...
The only thing that makes me Feel better is Music but besides music,what else i can do?

The way I deal with my legitimate anger problems are basic exercises.
Slowly take deep breaths 3-4 times. On the 3rd or 4th time, hold your breath and close your eyes and think of something that makes you happy.
While you're doing this, try to alternate the usage of your left/right side of the brain by tapping your right foot / left foot or moving your left hand / right hand in sequence.
Another thing that helps is that I try to positively rationalize the actions of someone who pisses me off.
A good thing is "He doesn't know, but he doesn't deserve to die."
Or if it's a car on the freeway "He/she probably is rushing to his/her grandmother in the hospital."
One variable that affects me is the fact that I conceal carry. I can't allow myself to act on annoyance; only immediate danger. So unless somebody actually dangers me, I forcefully pacify my thoughts.

If possible, you should seek help, even if it's a school counselor.
