Anyone not making a Pink Bean?
Anyone else not making a Pink Bean?
My reason is because it is temporary and I don't care for things that can only be transferred to characters on your account including maple points and the class itself doesn't look fun. On top of that I am maxed out on character slots. They really should have given us a temporary slot since the class is temporary for people with maxed slots. I could make it on another world but there is no motivation do so for the reasons above and even then I don't have other characters that I really play on other servers to give the items to.
What are your reasons?

I was one of those who were vocally against making one at first, mainly due to the whole, "you don't get to keep the character and all" reason, but I eventually got over it and made one anyways.
I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to trade anything at all over. I got some lionheart battle items and can't trade them to another character via storage. Makes me wonder why I even bothered. Yes i'm whining, my hands hurt from doing 300 combo kills. I leveled from 20-28 (2xp event) without even stopping to increase stats to get that, though that just gave, also untradeable, potions....woohoo *sarcasm* and it's temporary. What gives? I was ok with temporary when I heard you get stuff for completing quest things...but you can't keep any of them...so I have no idea why anyone would do it. I mean if it's fun sure...but I feel jipped. Though i'll probably continue playing it anyway. What is this title about anyway? Sorry for my complaining. It just stinks to not be able to keep any of it and makes me wonder what the point is then..
Getting to 200 will be the hardest after that killing pink bean most others are easy
Dont think ive even killed pink bean on any of my chars before

Like I stated before. You can just bring someone with you. Not hard to get carried through a boss.

You can do Mr. Lee's and get those trait boosting items. It boosts them a few levels and you should be level 10 in 3 days.

You don't want to play PB 'cause it's temporary...
But you only play each class through once and then you're done...
Kind of conflicting...
Also there's no reason you should have a problem deleting 1 out of your 36 characters.
12 link skill characters / 1 main / 1 Cygnus if you maxed out at lv 30 blessing. That's 12 useless space characters sitting in your selection still.

Seems like you're the only one having this problem. If you're complaining about it so much when you have all the character slots then there's nothing else you can do because I doubt GMS is going to increase the max amount of character slots when they just upped it to 36.
I made one to give it a shot. I got bored around level 30 ... I'm sure I'll try my best to hit 100 possibly 150 at most, but I doubt I'll go any higher.Grinding to 200 seems like a pain and I'd rather do something else than sit down for long periods of time to play Maple.
Good luck to those that are trying for the title though.
Because I have a life. One that requires me to think of reasons to live in satisfaction, and two, why maplestory dosent satisfy me. Wait, is that a contradiction? Oh well. Jokes aside, pb class is a good concept. It being temporary and not appealing to the masses imo is just that. If I were to play the class I would probably fall asleep within the first 10mins of grinding. Its like watching horrible movies such as resident evil retribution, which was pretty crappy and boring imo.

Unless it's untradable couldn't you just have a friend loot it off you? Or does the character drop restriction apply to everyone ? Meaning beans can't pick up our stuff and we can't pick up bean stuff.
@cooljax: You can accept it on any character. The achievements aren't that hard. The hardest IMO is getting to 200. Maybe raising traits to 10.

So you can accept the title on any class or only on pink bean? if it can be accepted by any class than I might make one. Still there are more quest than just those and it would be time consuming on an unfunded character.

There isn't a title that can even compare to the PB one.
200 takes 5 days max.
50 star force is easy since it's cheap to use it on low level items.
Beating PB is easy. It doesn't say you have to go alone.

If you only play a char once, then its useless after your first play through and you should have something to delete. You might want to consider making a main and focusing on it, that is at least how many people play. Once you have a main a lot of events have more meaning to them, ie events like this where great things can be transferred to a main character. and "it doesn't look fun" maybe you should try it before you judge it, I feel that you can't really judge any character without trying it. (Except arans, they are the worst)
Am I missing something? in order to receive the title you must complete all the quest, which includes reaching lv 200, getting 50 starforce, and beating normal pink bean plus more. All this on a basically unfunded character, To top it off the title is untradeable. Am I reading this wrong on the patch notes, otherwise it seems not worth it?
The title is worth it, so I deleted my Shade for it. I'm astounded how many people don't realize that getting a character slot coupon when your character slots are maxed is useless. I've had people be like "LOL you deleted your character when they give you a free slot" to me.

I'm not the kind of player that just deletes one character just to make another. I only play everything once. If that's what you like then go ahead, no one has a problem with that.
Main reason: 10% boss!, plus pb damage skin looks nice too.

PB was not meant to be taken serious m8. Just a fun class to give items to your other characters.

its just for fun though... that is why im playing it. if you have other things to do, go do that instead. i have all the lv 2 link skills and character cards i want, so i made one for fun
