Lol. Actually regardless of spending NX, you're not entitled to any compensation because you used those scrolls having knowledge they were duped, which in case would count as taking advantage of the dupe, and therefore in violation of ToS.

Yeah, still hell banned.
Someone in my guild is still hell banned too and she never even steps foot in the FM. She almost never even upgrades either aside from cubing here and there.
I can understand my hell ban since I have 9 No Boom AEEs (I swear if these get deleted I will stab a kitten), but some of them just don't even make sense, and they shouldn't even be taking this long either, it's just ridiculous.

Whether or not you directly or indirectly spent NX, they most likely wouldn't bother compensating you unless you filed a ticket. For example, items bought with NX from MTS (when it was around) that were duped was usually never refunded.

There are people who had legitimate 11 star tyrants that used duped no booms to get 15 and they are currently walking around without so much as a slap on the wrist.
And I know of many people unhellbanned and walking around (even [i]flaunting[/i]) with their illegitimate equips.

to be fair I did buy the duped scrolls when they were 200m each. So I still paid some money. Also I used NX cash for guard scrolls. So I don't think they would remove that.

Well now that you told them they are going to start investigation 13 star ones too.
