How do you deal with stress
So I hardly ever stress out but I'm stressing out and feeling frustrated right now and I would normally smoke cigarettes but I quit a while back (yay). I really feel like buying some but I'm dedicated to never smoking ever again so please give me advice/tips on how you cope with stress.

music, video games, or talking to someone
Listen to relaxing music, exercise, relax on a bed, deep breathing exercises, nap and play on the computer.
Play on the computer and get Starbucks.
I'll have a drink usually
Cave in and go buy your favorite brand of ciggy's, have one with a coffee outside and you'll never feel so relaxed and stress-free.
Or get drunk by yourself and listen to music that makes you feel nostalgic.
If it's homework that's stressing me out, I just finish as much as I can and then reward myself with doing something I enjoy. I can't say much about work stress since I only have a part time job. If it's emotional stress regarding relationships, talk it out with someone or write out your feelings (lol as lame as that sounds). If it's stress about life in general, take a bath and calm down.
Personally I like to get over stress by figuring out a solution instead of pushing it away for later. Up to you though

i eat whipped cream with cookies.
When I stress and my blood pressure sky-rockets, I eat a square of dark chocolate and just close my eyes and just breathe in and out for a while. It almost always helps.
I sleep or watch tv and end up putting off my stress for later it is bad dont be like me

or i hit the gym and max out everything i see.
or hit up some people i havent talked to in a long time and ask them how their lives are going
I dunno take a hot bath or something, that always makes me feel calm. Or listen to a good set of piano pieces.
