What should I name my anime webstore/website?
So recently I've been doing business on eBay for about two years now. I'm tired of eBay and all of their fees. I plan on creating a new website/webstore. This will be my second website I'm making. The first one is a blog I'm working on.
I need advice regarding the name of my new website. Obviously I still have to buy the domain name.
However, I currently have some in mind. Which do you guys think is best? Not sure if these are available for purchase, but I can always vary it a bit.
The store is suppose to have items such manga, anime dvds, and posters. If you guys don't like the ones I have, can you suggest one?
www.anime4u.com
www.animecollectables.com
Or maybe I will just create a website name without anime in it. Kind of like how they have funimation and rightstuf.com
Edit:Alright I think I'm going to use weeabuy.com. However, I need a catchphrase and a favicon to go along with it. Do any of you guys have cool catchphrases? For example my blog is FinancialBasis, so its' catchphrase is "Your site for everything finance" (kind of lame haha, I might just do your site for everything anime on weeabuy). I think I might just use a W and B with something in the background for the favicon.
People only get insulted at the term if it's directed at them. Weeaboo isn't exactly that offensive of a word like racial slurs are. lt's just a deragatory term assholes use to make themselves think they're cooler or better than these people. Those that truly accept who they are and know that they are "weeaboos" will see this as, 'hey this relates to me l'm going to check it out!'.
The name is also memorable, short and sweet, and speaks to potential buyers by telling them what kind of stuff you're selling without even visiting the site.

Is this suppose to be a play on weeaboo? Because I don't think most people would get it. Furthermore I don't think potential buyers would like being insulted in a way.
it's clever and i feel like the majority of people who watch anime aren't even offended by the word. i find that a lot of them acknowledge it about themselves and laugh about it. it wouldn't make sense to think that you're insulting them if you're the one with all the anime to sell. consider using it!
Can you tell me why you think this is a good name? Seems a lot of people like the name since there are +9 likes on the post that mentioned it.
Most likely they found it funny, which would make it memorable. Granted, you did have a point earlier when you said that it could possibly turn away some prospective customers by being offensive to them.
Please use weeabuy, it's not even taken!
Japanimated.com, Americanime.com, Americanimation.com
From what I've seen, you need something creative and that people will remember. People are more likely to remember crunchyroll than generic anime website #63 (granted, crunchyroll is a different case since it's legal, not that that's really relevant for my argument).
Unfortunately, brands are actually quite a complicated subject that I don't have any experience with. Even if it wasn't 5:36AM I'm not sure how much help I would be. Maybe a play on your name?

The "we sell your stuff on eBay store."
Numbers always look unprofessional. Too long and you'll be more forgetable.
I don't have a suggestion though.
What's your main product
Japan exports or dubed or whatever
It'll mostly be dubbed Dvds and english manga etc. I have wholesalers and dropshippers I'm currently looking into, but they'll most likely be american ones. I'm not too sure how well this will work out. As anime does well as a niche category on ebay. However, i'm not too sure about selling anime on its own website though. I will just have to test it out (not like I have anything better to do ahaha).
www.animecollectables.com
remember people are dumb and lazy. if they dont find it after serching www.animefouryou.com they will give up. too much room for error. with anime collectables you know why you are there
