Enjoy the game but not the company?

Well, lets make a pledge not to fund them.
First off, how much would you say you spend on Nx on a good year? When you're really satisfied and generally enjoy the game.
Second, how much would you say you spent on Nx in the last three months?
Now, I have a job and am an adult who is relatively responsible with his money. I don't need or care for your judgement.
In a good year I'd spend about $50-100 a month on Nx. Which totals put to $600~1,200 a year on Nx.
It doesn't sound like much but if you just multiply that by 10 that's $6,000~12,000 usd. Once again, multiply that by 10 and you have $60,000~120,000
If just 100 people who buy about as much as I did were to stop buying in to their crap they'd lose quite the pretty penny.
In the last two months I switched to the F2P version. I still enjoy the game but despise the way it is ran today.
Lastly, please sign your ign, world, why you're not buying nx anymore and what would make you consider changing your mind about not funding them anymore.

I don't see how this would benefit the f2p population of Maple, given that generally the usage of NX would mean there's a constant supply of NX costume, scrolled gear and etc that is puchase-able with the in-game currency, meso.
The p2p population are a benefit to both themselves and their f2p peers.
However, I do not disagree on the fact that the game itself should be enjoyed. Some people find enjoyment dressing up, some find it by defeating bosses, some find it by merchanting and some find it just by having a chat. My only concern that some of these high tier bosses have way too much HP even for the above average user... and the price to equip yourself to be strong enough to defeat it as a party is... not very encouraging.
I spent around $1500-2000 total. I've spent probably around $300 in the last 3 months. I've been attempting to cut down on my spending but I'm going to waste like $170 to 7 star all my tyrants once superior wards come back out. I've been trying to merch though so I could cut down my spending.
Now we're getting somewhere!

Doesn't matter, i still like the idea.
The game have so many glitches, with new glitches coming up as they slowly fix the many years old ones. Any other game would have been under maintenance for a fraction of those. They won't bother doing it as long as we log on to spend some nx then afk, and they won't put energy into making us believe they care about their customer experience either.
Their f2p definition is an issue as well but it's more complicated to find a perfect model.
I'll do the same as you for now.

....no actually they wouldn't notice that. As newcomers, people spending more than normal, and etc will offset it. You would need at least 3-5% of the population that regularly buys NX to go cold turkey for them to [i]potentially[/i] notice.

As I said in the thread, I'm talking about just 100 or so people not funding that makes a difference. I don't want the game to not get any money (Which wouldn't happen from just one thread anyways) But if just a couple hundred people stop buying nx it's enough to get them to notice that what they are doing is wrong and maybe even make a change.
Them losing money means they they would have less money to develop the game, less GMs to hire (whether you care or not), and less reasons to keep the game active. Even if this did become a movement that they would actually be concerned about, they have two trump cards that they know will make people temporarily forget about the negatives; RED and 5th job.

The company makes it pretty hard to enjoy the game. Just sayin, but I agree on spending less nx, maybe this will shut down the game and make you all stop complaining.
