I'm always hard on myself and I place a lot of blame on myself when things don't go as planned.
That causes me to think very negatively of myself )':
However, I have a lot of good qualities that overshadow what I tend to nit-pick >__< !
I know you guys are like that too, so I thought we should all try to compliment ourselves !
I'll go first !
- Your eyeliner is always on point.
- Your eyebrow game is hella strong.
- You look nice when you smile !
- You are actually pretty good at singing, just tone deaf sometimes LOL.
- You're not short, just the right size for cuddling.
- You've got a big heart &it's good that you care a lot for the world !
When you compliment yourself and acknowledge your strengths, capabilities, and redeeming qualities, you'll feel a lot better about yourself!
