My personal top 3 would be:
Zakum Release. - Zakum at the time was some huge boss that no one could kill by themself, it just overall seemed Endgame back then, and you got a awesome helmet from it too.
Ludibrium Release. - It was awesome the tower - transition from happy Legoworld -> Undead Forgotton Toy Roads -> Papulatus being a tough as nails boss.
4th Job. - The rush to get 120 just for it was fun, and finally hitting Bishop. Everyone was amped with it and Leafre arriving and the Challenges for Horntail Prequests.

1. Big Bang - potentials
2. Unleashed - the new damage cap and lots of huge changes to training and bossing
3. RED - adventurers' much deserved revamp and the introduction of +8 attack scrolls which lead to the 9th anniversery.

Sorry, I don't remember the specific patches of old school maple although I did play through when pirates were first released and also the release of CPQ where I met lots of my old friends on maple.
The release of Amoria as well was significant to me.

this is hard...because i loved the first valentine event,, and the evnt with the green, red, blue moon cards, and i was so exited when they released 3rd job, but i think it should look like this,

1. Big bang. This brought Shadowers up to par with the rest of the thieves and able to rival DB's. This was HUGE for me.
2. Added Carnival and phase dash, stripped me of my favorite moves: Band of thieves and Assulter. I could live with it, but it still put a bad taste in my mouth. The play style had changed from what I loved.
3. Red... This was the final straw for me. This killed the my beloved Shadower class for me and made me switch to Nightlord, which is still fun. But will never be the same as the old upgraded Shadower from Big bang. I was so upset. Im honestly still so upset. This is the reason im not active on Maple anymore. I will never forget.

1.Familiars. No longer are the days of scrounging for MP pots at NLC.

3.RED. It touched up on a lot of things.

Honorable mention goes to Chaos for creating weeks and weeks of horrble lag, rollbacks, DCs, set effects, actual shoulder armor, and confusion over whether DBs were now the thief hero or not.

I remember when down jump came out, everyone was in kerning on top of the crane down jumping from it. Good times
