If you're able to think "What if the real me is in a coma?" then the real you can not be in coma. If you're able to think "What if I'm a brain in a jar?" then you are not a brain in a jar.

If you can consciously think something like that, then it's not true. It has to do with the real you lacking the proper concepts needed to have such a thought. (It's actually quite complex and I'm not willing to go into it right now)

This question has been debated by philosophers for a long time, and the argument in favor of what I just said has been compelling enough that there hasn't really been a philosopher who can refute it using logical reasoning.

LOL actually if I woke up from some crazy coma or something I would be super pissed because I would have so much to learn and understand...

I have actually been in such deep sleeps because of sleep deprivation and such that I actually kind of loose all sense of reality and my dreams etc if that makes sense.. I was actually so immersed in a dream once when I woke up I had to take a deep breath and remember saying "oh man good thing that wasn't real LOL" I mean obviously we have all had dreams like that but like seriously that once was terrible LOL

Sometimes, I feel like everyone else is just an NPC and I'm this main character with an incredible amount of luck. There's an audience and it's my job to succeed and entertain them while triumphing over the rest of these Plebians that don't even matter.

I'm afraid that there's this unknown species or organization with higher intellect and technology. And when we find out something we aren't supposed to, they hunt us down, knock us out, and brainwash/wipe our memory. Whenever I wake up, I think about what actually happened last night.
