It makes a lot of sense for it to be at 140, but it's too short of a jump since 120-140 isn't that hard with all these daily 2exp/drop events, pendant of spirits and ect..Then again level 200 isn't what it used to be either >.>..I only hope Nexon doesn't introduce Bonus Bonus Potentials when 5th job happens.
Well 150 is also possible if they want to follow the pattern they established pattern of start at 0, 1st job at 10 (+10), 2nd job at 30 (+20), 3rd job at 60 (+30), and 4th job at 100 (+40). That's 50 levels before reaching 5th job that way. who know when they'll actually release it though, they keep doing things that hints that they're preparing for it, but still no news on it yet.
It looks more likely at 140 though. Given that we no longer get sp past 140. My initial guess was 180 though.
If they do come out with 5th job, it won't change much. People are still going to be going for whichever class does the most damage so bleh

@shyally: I agree that the indicator is that it will be at level 140, but it needs to be at lvl 180+. And using the old job advances of 10, 30, 70, 120 you can also reach lvl 180 as the next logical job advancement using a different pattern than the one used to get 210, I worked it out years ago during BB.
5th job would only make sense at level 200 since not many people have the incentive to continue playing past 200 due to the amount of exp needed..

I think 5th job should come at either level 180. Assuming you would need at least 255 sp to max all of your skills, just like 4th job, that would require 40 levels past the job advance. Putting that at level 180 would mean that you have new skills all the way through lvl 220, which is good enough for me
They can always adjust SP requirements to be whatever they want. They could raise the SP cap and give us enough skills that we don't actually finish until level 250. I don't think they will, but there's no good reason they can't.

The pattern seems to be:

1st job - level 10
2nd job - level 30 (+20)
3rd job - level 60 (+30)
4th job - level 100 (+40)

The level that makes sense is level 150 (+50).

Although an alternative theory is that the old level requirements were...

1st job - 10 (8 for magicians)
2nd job - 30
3rd job - 70
4th job - 120

Link skills still follow this pattern. Level 3 link skills, essentially 5th job, are level 210. So you could say, 5th job was "supposed" to be at level 210.

... but Nexon went and reduced the level requirements.

3rd job - 60 (-10)
4th job - 100 (-20)

Based on that pattern, 5th job will be -30 from it's "supposed to be" value, which would make it 180.

Although, didn't Nexon make it so you have all your 4th job SP at level 140? That's a pretty strong indicator that 5th job is actually level 140.

I don't think Nexon will do this. You could say they have enough on their plate as it is.

The new bosses should make everyone gather to kill him or her idk.

Just like the old Zakum or Pianus.

Too much "solo runs" of people with max cap

5th job will come with new high leveled content, just like 4th job did. I imagine it will also come out with an equivalent "raid-type" boss like 3rd and 4th job used to have (Zak and HT) that is significantly harder than current bosses. But even if it doesn't, 5th job will make it easier for everyone to hit high damage. When everyone is hitting 20mil lines or higher, it would be ok from a balance standpoint to release a new boss that is stronger than the current bosses.

I'm also fairly certain this is why KMS has announced that they don't want to focus on high leveled content for the moment, they want it all to be brand new content for 5th job so people don't get bored too quickly.

Nexon will probably go out of business before 5th job is even a thing
