Revisions:
black tinker is obsolete with star force compared to higher level equips (enhances add more stats for higher level gears)

The sweet water 4 set adds 20+35+48 att with 25+75+95 all stats respectively. The tier 4 potential and bonus potential also make it easier to obtain a high percent on equips. In a perfect maple one would transpose perfect tyrant gloves, either a perfect tyrant cape or boot, use either a chaos root abyss hat or a transposed hat, and use a transposed tier 4 weapon for the additional stat boost. For insanely funded players, % boss should already be abundant and huge stat boosts will be more beneficial range wise. Also when one has a high amount of % main stats being added, stat boosts are just as crucial as heavy attack boosts (The 50 att and 30% boss from the root abyss set doesn't compare to the 4 sw set when at a higher level of funding. Also I say either the tyrant boot or cape as the base of the tyrant equip 30 att 50 all stats > the 50 att from the 3 ra set given your % stats are high and you're already receiving heavy attack boosts from your weapon/ heart/ tyrants/ other sources of attack).

That being said:

Hat: transposed sw hat or chaos ra hat

Cape OR boot: perfected transposed tyrant to sweet water cape OR boot (leave the other one untransposed to retain the 30 att 50 all stats)

gloves: transposed perfected tyrant gloves

weapon: transposed sw weapon

(In all you give up 80 att 50 all stats 30% boss for 103 att 195 all stats <a 23 att 145 all stat boost not to mention the cape adds 13 all, the gloves add 10 additional attack to your transposed tyrant gloves, the hat gives a healthy stat boost if you transpose a godly empress or ra one; [b]totaling a 33 attack boost, 158+ all stat boost[/b]). You also get FOUR equips with tier 4 pot and bonus pot. A tier 4 weapon can potentially gain additional % att).

totems: the dark Halloween ones

ring: the growing sylph ring depending on the class will be more beneficial damage wise in the long run. Fully scrolled it offers 50 main stats and 10 attack as well as 10% min or max crit damage (extremely useful if you have 100% crit and are heavily funded) or a % boss boost (for those players that went with the % boss option). For a player with 400%+ main stats and 100% crit, the 10% max crit boost will even out around a 20%ish main stat ring. The ring can also be nebbed and the high stats added from it clear the gap a bit as well vs a high % ring.

Medal: Beater or black swordsman (for everyone that doesn't have beater).

Lol, no, not even close. Seems like you've never used ICoGs to scroll before. I've used a hundred or so, the average gain per successful ICoG was around 1 att.

It actually goes with whatever set was added to the data most recently. Since bounty hunter set has the highest set ID, scarlet items will always count toward them if you have one equipped.

superior gollux, reinforced gollux, bounty hunter ring, scarlet ring

Eye:
bounty hunter eye

reason: the three set bounty hunter set adds 10% total damage along with some attack. I've tested this with the scarlet ring and a superior gollux set and it goes with the set that you are using less equips for.

@pokeystick1: well perfected basically means 15 stars, but having 15 stars on anything other than weapon and tyrant is kind of pointless since the stats given are randomized, you better wait till after the enhancement update since they will give you more stable stats.

And I suggested 15 star transposed tyrant is because that's when a tyrant hit its maximum capacity and therefore the most ideal time to transpose.
As for weapon, I'd suggest you transpose it at 1 star for maximum enhancement after transposing.

You can do a quest called Onyx Ring training and gain up to 5 100% scroll on week 3 which gives either 8 STR/DEX/INT/LUK/400 HP/4 all stats.
On week 4 you can get up to 5 100% scroll that gives attack or magic attack.

My only concern now is if we can choose any scroll we want or is it randomized.
If we can choose any scroll, then the end result of Onyx Ring would most likely be:

50 main stats, 10 secondary stats, 100 HP and MP, 10 attack, with 20% chance to inflict the status, 10% specific stats and 0 slots.

Depends on your class. The terminus whip is 1 speed faster than fafnir, which makes a pretty big difference in terms of dps. Especially considering it's relatively easy to cap on snipe compared to other classes.

I'm not so sure about that.... the stats given by chaos scroll of goodness are always random and most of the time I always get like 0-3 att.
If lucky, I can get 4.

Thas not true at all. Prime scroll is much more cost efficient than icogs. for prime scrolls u need guardian scrolls, etc. with icog its almost a guarantee 3-5 w.attk, and icogs cost less than prime by almost 100m in windia

well, it's more cost efficient to use prime scroll.

Getting 5 att/3main stat per chaos scroll.... requires a lot of return scroll and luck but yea, if you have unlimited fund.

actually for some people with absurd %ATT, using icogs for 5 attack / 3 main stat or higher per scroll is more beneficial than 10 main stat on their CRA armor.

Tyrant belt is better than black tinkerer. 2 superior pendants are better than a superior and a reinforced. Lightning God Ring is better than a cracked gollux ring. Titanium heart's better. Weapon should definitely be fafnir, not terminus.

Consider that you need to take set bonuses into account.
Plus, if you wanna go really far, enhance your Tyrants 15 times then transpose them into SW gear. Pretty much beats everything.

Why did you choose terminus as a secondary weapon? Sweet water is higher tier and has the most attack of any. (Fafnir's still best though) Also why black tinkerer belt? Tyrant?

Why reinforced pend? Just for some stat n hp? Why not use 2 superior pends for boss
