how do you wake yourself up in the morning

I'm a heavy sleeper but I'd really like to get up earlier regularly to make more out of my day without feeling groggy
I'll set my alarm for say 7:30 but I really just sleep through or I cant stop myself from hitting snooze

I remember that when I used to play maplestory and sell stuff in a shop in fm, I'd instantly wake up the next day to see what I sold. I guess it just motivated me to get out of bed. I don't really buy nx but I think I'm going to since I don't really have anything to sell in game currently and if spending a little bit of money means me waking up earlier, I wouldn't mind

I'll probably end up buying some asap like today but I wouldn't mind hearing how you guys wake yourselves up

I wake up, then if i'm tired I just go back to sleep and repeat until I just can't for the rest of the day, as for like school and stuff, I just force myself.

Alarm, very cold water for splashing face (using warm water will make me feel sleepier), and a fried egg (w/ a cup of milk or soy) should do it.

I have to get up to close the alarm. I usually set the two alarms about 10 minutes apart, and at least 50 mins before I have to leave the house (so the 2nd alarm goes off at least 50 mins before I have to leave the house).

If I have something exciting to do, I tend to wake up easier.

I have a job that starts at 5:45 and I live far away enough to where I have to wake up at 4:30.

So waking up early is forced upon me. That's one way to do it

I don't struggle to wake up as long as I get 8/7 hours. On days where I got to get up early with 6/5hours sleep, the consequences of being late scares me out of bed and then I feel less energy for the rest of the day. I wouldn't say I struggle to wake up but I know I have a pretty easy time falling asleep if its at my bedtime. If I get 8 hours I don't feel sleepy.

I set an alarm on my phone and wake up when it goes off? Or before. My alarm is set for 10:30am but sometimes if I wake up a little before then and feel rested I'll just get up. I got up at like 9:50 today. 2nd shift life.

i set up 3 alarms within 15 mins of each other
but really it's my cat that wakes me up. once he hears my alarm, if he's not with me already he comes running and steps all over me meowing

Set my alarm for 7am and snooze until 7:30am. I always set my alarm 30min-1hr before I have to get up to allow snooze time.

I set an alarm on my phone 30 minutes before I gotta get up, and also for the time when I gotta get up.

Sometimes I'm so tired that I'll turn off both alarms (not even snooze, just straight up off), and then go back to sleep and then I screw myself over if I need to be somewhere.
I've only been back to working at the grocery store for a few days now, but on both 7am shifts I've had I was late because the 1st time I turned off my alarms and forgot to wake up, and the second time I accidentally set the alarms for 6:15am and 6:45am because my brain wasn't thinking (twas supposed to be 5:15 and 5:45 of course).

I keep a few four-packs of extra strength five-hour energies in my desk drawer.

Oh god, it's hard to wake up. I'd leave my phone beside me, and I'd turn it off accidentally every time by fingerprint scan, so the multiple alarms were useless.

It's a good idea to create a routine for yourself to sleep and wake at a consistent time, as well as placing your phone somewhere that makes you get outta bed, so you don't stay so cozy.

Personally, I just wake up 15 mins before class half asleep.

I put my alarm at 6:20.
Turn on my table lamp.
Close my eyes for 5 minutes.
Jump outta bed.
And run to the bathroom.

Since I work overnight, I just wake up whenever I wake up, usually around 2/3
