The more you weigh, the faster you eat?
Do you believe this is true? The more you weigh, you faster you can eat? For example two people, one weighing 160 lbs and the other weighing 130 lbs, are eating the same exact meal (1000 calorie meal from Five Guys). Do you think the 160 lbs person will finish the meal faster than the 130 lbs person?
It's a fact that the more you weight the more calories you need to consume in order to maintain your body weight. In other words, the more you weight the more you can/need to eat. However, with increase in weight, does it also increase your eating speed?

@Nfeeble One word, Kobayashi.
OT: Your weight can be an indicator of how much you can eat, but it certainly doesn't lend any kind of significant correlation to how fast you can eat.
the speed at which you consume food is more dependent on their eating habits
simply put, if you chew to the point your food is finely chewed vs somewhat chunky, youll notice a difference in eating speeds
also, chewing speed, whether or not they talk while they are eating etc
there's correlation however to their weight but not direct causation
More like the faster u eat the fatter u get cuz yo stomach needs time to realize that u'r full
It takes 8 seconds for your food to pass to your stomach so yeah
More like the faster u eat the fatter u get cuz yo stomach needs time to realize that u'r full
I'm 135 lbs and I can finish a Burger King/McDolnalds cheeseburger in 20 seconds.
Most of that time comes out of unwrapping it...
i only eat when i'm hungry or if the food is good.
when you're starving maybe you eat faster.
my mood also affects my appetite.
if i'm depress i tend to eat less or eat more than usual.
I'm a thin guy, but can binge eat (and very quickly) like a monster.
My problem is that I'll usually find myself full for MANY hours after, and will most likely skip a meal.
If your asking if there was is a direct correlation. Hell no.
However, slower eaters do tend to eat less food. Eating less food can help with weight management but doesn't guarantee weight loss as a standalone factor.
Yes it does. A 180 lb man would most likely eat a full on mean faster than a 120 lb women.
Maybe it's the other way around, eating faster leads to eating more?
some ppl are just prone to carrying a more massive body size while some ppl have petite builds.
