actually you're in the clear to use it on your badge since you can now acquire a brand new one from the quest guy if you ever do boom it

And this is why you read.. the scroll before using it.
It was 40% ICoG and has a 100% destroy rate if failed. Therefore I threw it immediately before I even used it.

The FP shop has 60% ones.. and normal 50% ones, use that instead.

It was there, however it goes against every other icog in the game. One should be able to safely assume that nexon wouldn't trick us and give us an incredible chaos of sadness instead of goodness

I boomed my ra top, 12% str unique. Bought another from fm for 19m, rare 2l... Got it to 3l then 9% dex epic with one cube, but still mad at them
