Inner ability atk speed 1

is it only possible to get attack speed +1 on the top line? i currently have 27 atk on my first line and wanted to lock it but i wont if that means I wont get a chance for atk speed. Thx.

For all intents and purposes, you should aim for it on the first line. Attack is not affected by potential stats in IA, so +27 Attack isn't as good as it sounds. Reroll for buff duration, critical rate, or attack speed.
Attack Speed +1 is only a "Legendary" line. Only lines that are Legendary will have the chance to get it. If your IA is ranked "Legendary" that means the top line is considered Legendary, but the other 2 lines probably are not. Most of the time, those other 2 lines are going to be "rare" rank..

In general it's only possible to get Attack Speed +1 on the top line. After you get it on the top line, I've heard at least 1 person say that there's a slim chance it'll "move down" to the second line when you lock and reset it.
This person's comment is correct. Everyone saying anything else is incorrect. The other two lines don't have to be "rare" rank lines, they can be unique and/or epic.
27 att is a wasted legendary line.

/thread.

You are ONLY able to get Attack speed +1 on Legendary Rank First line. Those who have it on the 2nd line was before the IA Revamp. Now enjoy resetting and locking (:

@cupidmage72 Basically if your weapon can get faster than it currently is, then it will boost your speed. To pass faster (2) you need a green pot though.
Apparently that's when circs were a thing from azwan having a 2nd legendary line or some crap like that.

Only one line of epic/unique/legendary IA is of that tier. The rest are from below. So no you can't.
On a side note what decides whether a class benefits from +1 attack speed? Does Xenon benefit from it? What about Battle mage, and Cannoneer?
xenon benefits from it massively. the majority of classes (if not all) benefit from it too.

@OP, I think I saw a SS of someone with +1 ats on their second line a while back. maybe someone will confirm it below.
