uhh no i dress to feel confident. If my outfit is on point, aint nobody can ruin my mood. I usually dont wear dresses or skirts to school bc too much effort, plus babe cant see my nice outfit anyways
i dress to look good and to give myself confidence but not necessarily to impress or stand out. i'd rather not be that person who looks like they spend half an hour daily putting together their outfit. over the last 2 years of college, i don't think i have ever showed up in sweats and a hoodie
Dressing to impress is part of how our world/society function. Ex. In a health care profession, you dress accordingly to meet the standards of the people you work with and the patients. -Dressing properly is one of the steps to earn a patients trust. Dress for success
I try to keep a quote I know close to heart: "Always dress like it's the day you're going to meet your soulmate/worst enemy" Problem is, I'm poor and my fashion sense sucks.
