First Rpg ever?
Lol, I accidentally posted this in General section first. =/
So anyway... what was your first RPG [i]ever[/i]? Whether it be console, PC, MMO, tabletop, etc.
Mine was Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for SNES. I first played it when I was in 2nd grade; I rented it from a video store because the cover art looked all 3D-ish and cool. I then ended up asking for it for Christmas. It's still one of my top favorites, if not number one. I'm actually currently playing an Axem Ranger hack of it on my Wii.

Either Pokemon sapphire, or Runescape. I think it was Runescape O.o I got into gaming late into my childhood.
Also played Legend of the seven stars (snes), but my all time favorite so far has to be paper mario (n64)

Pokemon Yellow - I got a game boy colour and this game at the age of 5. I remember having difficulty getting through the 1st gym leader (mainly because Pikachu was a thunder-type and all of his were ground-type) so I trained my Pikachu and got a Caterpie and trained until it evolved into a Butterfree so it would learn confusion so I could fight Brock.
My first online game was Runescape.

Yes Zelda is good. But it's not an RPG.
OT:My first ever game was Pokemon Yellow for the Gameboy(played on a Gameboy Color). So by default, my first RPG.

Pokemon blue when I was like 6. Also my absolute favorite though was super mario rpg. My second favorite is paper mario. My third favorite would be link to the past. My 4th is megaman battle network 3 blue or white doesn't matter played em both.

Hmm thats a good question I started gaming at the age of like 4 so probably Legend of Zelda or something. However I feel the first REAL 'RPG' I played was Diablo lol. Scared the hell outta me (i was like 6)
my first few was gex:64 and banjo kazooie. needless to say banjo was a beast ass game.
then i tried super mario 64 and Legend of zelda ocarina of time. awesomeness happened
then i finally tried runescape, and i loved that i could communicate with other people. more awesomeness
keep in mind i was like in 1st-3rd grade.
