sometimes my friends don't text me back fast enough

-Basil seems more active than Maplestory in terms of community.
-Watching Maplestory drama unfold on Basil is amusing
-I like Maplestory but I do not like the technical bottlenecks (lag)
-Basil has everybody from the self-professed math nerd to the clueless ditz and it's nice to see people of different personalities converge.

@Anthorix: i miss your presence in the room but I get ya, keeping yourself busy is a good thing. i'm just going to school right now, finals and spring break are coming up; been looking for a job too. i'm going to buy my friends 3ds even though i'm not going to use the 3d because it hurts my eyes, i just want to play the new pokemon; i don't know what other games to buy for it though. i also met a girl but the age difference is making me hesitant on making a bigger move. take care, peace.

i still got alot of promises to complete... im waitin fer my next paycheck to initiate sumthing...

for places, i've been at work or at home reading and sleeping and drinking tea. the game HAWKEN which i became SUPER interested in has not had an update for months, server problems, dev abandonment... i got a mic just for it. now i can just use it for skype or some future video game.
tv shows are always interrupted by commercials, i aint gonna endure ads that take up a HUGE chunk of viewing time. music room became sour, i aint gonna deal with drama.

i've been thinking of making some kind of comic series for basilmarket for yrs, but i dont feel theres enough incentive. like, what would i be doing it for? myself? fans? add it to my resume and portfolio? idk, maybe i should just take it slow...

theres this one thing coming up in a few weeks that i gotta prepare for... i still got no idea wut to do. ill procrastinate.

now im gonna eat marinara pasta with mozarella. talk wid u doods l8r.

I like basil for asking questions, any type, because here you get quick and real responses. You go to Yahoo Answers or some other garbage and you get people just trying to raise their score on the website, saying nonsense, etc.

I like staring at colors & reading text from the colors

it's kinda like /r/maplestory but active

I like reading the troll posts and what not. I guess it's like those people who like going on Reddit or those other websites, I choose to come on Basilmarket instead.

i don't play gms anymore but basil isn't always stupid. actually there are times when basil can be awful and still be fun to visit

There's not much else I can do in the 4 hours i have between coming home from work and having to go to sleep to get up for work again the next day.

It's because they're lying about no longer playing the game.

I like to keep up with the news and what's new with MapleStory without dealing with the pain first hand.
And whenever I start having hope for humanity I revisit Basil to remind me that I shouldn't.

Basil is currently my gf. So I must give her the attention she desires of me.

I tend to abandon basil when I have friends and when I abandon friends I tend to use basil
I'm currently on down-time with friendships

It's kind of hard to NOT know about updates/game stability while being on this site so idk where you got that idea from...Some people enjoy the chat/anime/game sections? There can be many different reasons haha
