That's because the scrolls are obtainable through some sort of Hot Time, not the RED coin shop.

Hopefully they do host these Hot Time events, as it is one of the reasons why I've held back from scroll one of my weapons.

Well thing is they could just get rid of the MEE time where the % doubled. They're boom on fail too so people would have to put in a lot of work to perfectly MEE an item. Yeah, hackers can abuse it but they've already abused things as is.

@Singaporean: I believe there is a CMS heart that was put in GMS data a few months ago that we still don't have access even with the new hearts that were added to Gachapon.

Whether MEE's will break the game, because ppl have multiple accounts, so abuse will occur. I mean, if ppl can perfectly scroll a Gollux item with Gollux scrolls, MEE shouldn't be that difficult. Also, because Hackers exist, MEE equips will eventually hit the market. Additionally, when Girasol was still here, she indicated that they thought about putting a 15-Star AEE in the Marvel Machine, but after they saw how much it took that one person that posted on Basil to achieve that and the power implications it could cause they scrapped it. MEE is worse than a 15-Star AEE, imo.

If I am not mistaken most of the 9 and 10 attack scrolls came after MEE's release and impacts. That is my point.

@bluebomber24: Okay, name some recent additions to the data that didn't get implemented.
MEE's won't break the game as MEE time, as far as i know, has only happened on and around it's release. After that it's still 60% and below the more you use. Not to mention acquiring MEE isn't a cakewalk.
90%s were tied to some lunar year thing too so yeah... not only. Not to mention they might take the place of the hot time red scroll.

Recent addition to the data (Happens all the time and means nothing)
Nexon attempting to step its game up concerning players (MEEs are likely to break the game rather than fix. KMS developers have already stated that they regret releasing them)
90% scrolls appeared 2-3 times over in kms (This was BECAUSE of MEE's release and attempt to correct the imbalance and discouraged players that MEEs created).

Its easier for Nexon to copy-paste everything exactly how it is and select what they want to release then go and single things out and transfer them one by one. So if its in the data there's no guarantee it'll be released.
