Scenario You have the power to see other peoples future by
touching them.
You managed to get a babysitting job. Naturally you have to touch that baby, then you see his future. He would turn out to be a mass murderer. And by mass murderer, I mean he would kill not just hundreds or possibly thousands. He will be a leader of some sort of evil organization, and he will do, uh, evil things.* You also see that some of the victims are the ones you know / love.
You have the choice to end this now, by sadly ending his life, and preventing him from being an evil organization leader. If you do, you will be jailed for life for murder. Note that this day will be your ONLY chance to do it because the family is moving to a far away place, and you will not be able to track them at all. You will not see / hear from him until the mass murder happens.
If you choose not to kill the baby, well, the scenario above happens.
So Basil, will you kill the soon to be evil baby?

Scenario just has so many loopholes......but assuming that I could really see the future, I would follow him for a bit and make it look like an accident
find a time machine and change world lines, find out how to stop him from some higher intelligence, then return
No I won't, I will tell the baby's parents about the future, I don't care if they believe me or not, but it is going to be up to them if they want to stop the massacre or not.
