Dominant in relationships and I tend to be the one that makes decisions in work.
Friendships are more or less neutral.

I stand by my morals and beliefs very strongly so I can't say I'm submissive at all. I'm not a dominant person either unless if the situation really calls for it or at least needs me. So I do have a sense of leadership. But I don't have motivation.

I think there's one more in that category. Neither submissive or dominant, it's called lazy.

In friendships, it's usually equal, but I would say I'm a little more dominant in making decisions.
In work, I don't work... LOL.
In relationships, I'm definitely more submissive.

At work I have to listen to any one out ranking me. My friendships are with people that I consider equals. In relationships we are equals.
