He averages 20k viewers each time he streams. Assuming 50% of the viewers have adblock, 10k viewers are watching each ad. Play roughly three ads an hour and the income adds up. This isn't even factoring in the base salary - roughly 30 grand - Riot pays their LCS players and other tournament bounties.

There are also non-professional or ex-professional League players like The Rain Man and Chaox who also stream League like 17 hours a day. They make bank.
