dual blader+ Hero or more general would be theif+warrior. Some type of really fast swordsman like either a no shield 1h swordsman or a dual wield 1h swordsman

Imagine the xenon's recharge system with mechanics, they would have a completely different set of skills on and of their mechs. So like they can only use their mech when they have full power and the power depletes over time. I just think that would be cool!
And im surprised no one has said f/p with I/L, c'mon people why not control all of the elements!

warrior and archer. shoot arrows or whack em with it. or shoot swords from your bow
Wind Archers and Night Walkers.
The amount of things that will shoot out of its butt is insane.

I like the way you think. And your choice of Monty Oum as an example. Pirate + Warrior would be an awesome combo if they had a scythe gun thing like that.

Magician and thief. Can you imagine 45% avoid mixed with magic guard and a familiar that restores mp quickly? Never need to pot again!
