they won't be transferable so you can get that idea out of your head

Still no gameplay, I can't judge something by a screenshot.
However, who the hell is going to choose Maplestory in 3D over a good 3D mmorpg nowadays.

I can't wait to try it out, don't get me wrong.
But it'll be a P2W mmorpg in the end anyways.

they are not shutting down ms1 at least kms is not gms though...

as for starting over. really? the drop will probably be different an why would you want to be instant lvl 200? theres no challange and it means you cant compete for it if they even have up to lvl 200. the max may be 90- 100 like woW is atm and slightly harder to get there cause you need to quest.

I hope they don't make it COMPLETELY like that.. Please don't overdo the 3D ^^;.. Does make a lot of people dizzy.

@DeLaSigh Pre-BB Maplestory? There's nothing in this picture that suggests Pre-BB in any way. It's just a green map with your standard noobs and a wizard npc. You can find all of those in the current Maplestory.

OT: It looks like a 3D version of Maplestory. I'd be more surprised if it didn't look like this. If you've seen the other screen shots it should have been pretty obvious that the characters would look this way.

Seems like a mix of Dragonica and pre-BB maplestory. Can't decide if I like it, honestly.

I actually think it looks pretty decent. It could be worse.
Let's just hope this type of style has a niche in the Western market.
