Log in on Saturday, August 9 and click the gift box icon on the left side of your game window to receive the following items! At Lv. 30, receive a Traveling Merchant (1-day) and a Portable Storage (1-day). At Lv. 100, [b]have a [i]chance[/i][/b] to receive a Lv. 150 Fafnir Weapon Box and a chance to receive a Tyrant Armor Coupon!
The most important part is bolded for your convenience.

2. why not INCREASE the chance of getting a fafnir/tyrant but also INCREASE the level requirement? how about 150 because THAT WOULD BE BOGUS IF A LEVEL 100 GETS A TYRANT

I see people selling 20+ Unique Potential services whenever they come around -- and that's just the people who have the patience to do Attendance on that many accounts. It's a hell of a lot easier to abuse Hot Times.
I thought the "one day" thing was how long the coupon or whatever lasts until you open it. Once opened it's perm no?

I feel like that doesn't logically make sense since hackers would be more likely to have separate accounts and level 100+ characters as opposed to legit players.

Luckily I have a couple lvl 100 + mules, but somehow I still doubt I'll get any tyrant. Ah well, guess I'll cross my fingers.
