Well i'm a guy, I was answering from my own perspective. I don't feel like status matters much because I am able to sustain for my future family as is.
What do I find most attractive in a person? Appearance What do I think is the most important in a significant other? Personality To me, a person's appearance is the hook to make you interested, you fall in love with their personality.
Chemistry to me is most important. It is a mix of physical attraction and the ability to flirt.
Personality to me is only really an issue to me if the person comes off as crazy otherwise, if the chemistry is there it really doesn't matter as much to me.
I personally don't intend on marrying the majority of people I talk to/ date so in all honesty, social class really doesn't matter to me either for the time being although ideally, I am a hard worker and would like to be with someone that contributes financially as well and has a good head on their shoulders.
That is not chemistry, that is biology. Chemistry is the study, of change and chemicals. Biology is the study of ones life form and growth evolution and so on. OT: Appearance Ability Personality
Appearance and personality are the most and equally important out of the list of four options you've provided. I need to be attracted to both to be genuinely attracted to a person. But appearance always comes first when it comes to the attraction (not that I find it more attractive). An attraction to appearance usually makes me more curious to want to know about one's personality. So that makes appearance more important when it comes to starting relationships.
Then it's ability. It has some connections with personality, but definitely not as important.
Then it's status. It's useless as it doesn't contribute to importance nor attraction.
Status is not even important. The other 3 matter much more. Ability trails behind the last 2 by a margin. Beauty is in the eyes of beholder. Personality very needed

Personality. Though, I hope this means personality that I enjoy, not just the default "he's nice and kind" cause I wouldn't want that. O.o
