Kannas who completed the quest will eventually get the scrolls, as the notes say. You're getting Josh the exp coupons and a 90% scroll.

I mean if the scroll was 25% or 35% they would have kept the event, but they made it 90% and was limited for a few days and take away their only good event and attempt to make it up with 2x. They could be stopping botters and duppers but they just want people to spend money. Great job nexon Pay to Win all the way

Good thing i bought 4 scrolls yesterday. I'm more pissed at the fact that this is the third downtime that happens EXACTLY when i come home. Ugh </3 </3 </3

You know its +9 on weapons it's not like its the biggest game changer in the world also the event only last another week. Nexon is constantly bashing low funded players for trying to move up and increase their damage. This event helped low leveled people make money with services and also helped medium players get a better weapon without spending billions of mesos on clean slates. Also the event was only for a limited time. Who cares if people were abusing them making multiple accounts, there are people who dup nebs, hackers that farm elites, and botters galore and this is 24/7. They're not removing it completely. GMs now have roll of the dice cannoneer skill and will gamble players for the scrolls. available once per person per 3 days.
