probability works in funny ways... i passed 5 in a row.. but this was after failing almost 20 20% scrolls

I've failed 20+ and passed 5.

There are a lot of people who do something that seems crazy, like pass 7 50% scrolls in a row, or fail 8 50% scrolls in a row. They then claim that the scrolls are rigged, or that they are "good" at scrolling. Here, relevant quote. "We are so good at seeing patterns that, often, we see them where they don't exist."

Ouhai suggests a fairly good example, coins appear to have streaks of heads or tails. It should be obvious that coins in general aren't weighted particularly toward one side. It's just your head messing with your perception over a small sample size. If you really think the scroll are rigged, even though that makes no programming sense whatsoever, try the number you would need to get 20 successes, in the case of 50%s that's 40 scrolls. You'll find your luck evening out.

all of mine worked perfectly on a empress knuckle and a fafnir knuckle

I've had great luck with these, Scrolling Beryl Hearts yields me so much profit. I once had 5 work in a row!

If I can't make 2 work in a row I just Innocent it, then start over.

Pure luck. I passed 12 50%'s in a row and failed about 30 after that.

I passed 5 in a row <3 Then failed 2, then 5 in a row again!

I got 7/7 to work! and then the last one failed LF>non-boom clean slates

It was a joke. Because a lot of people say they passed almost all of theres but myself and others have failed all of ours.

I don't get some people. They're 50%s meaning you have the same chance of any outcome. Say if you have 9 slots you have the same chance to get +0 +1 ... All the way to +9 each equal chance at10% since the order of passing and failing scrolls doesn't matter. The fact you failed 13 50%s means you passed a 1.25% chance unlikely but with a game with millions of users someone would fall in the category and due to human nature make an implied rage thread.

I think the last slot might be rigged. Failed about 7 or so 50% scrolls on the last slot

I've used like 21 on my Beryl Heart... and only 1 worked so far-.-

50% unleashed scrolls + lucky days
10/10 worked on my fafnir xbow.

2 hearts 13/14 worked for me

I passed 9/11 50%s.
2/3 20% Clean Slates.

@supersquirtle hmm i think they are, i passed the first 7 on my fafnir 1h sword and only proceded to fail 2 after that its perf now. My friend passed 4/8 scrolls on his claw. They are 50% dont be upset that flipping a coin isnt on your side today (flipping a coin is a 50-50 chance for the probability impaired)

seriously people need to learn that just because its 50% doesn't mean 1 is going to fail and 1 is going to work. Its 50% flat. You're just unlucky. I failed 13 tt30s back when they were 150m+ ea.

not to mention 100% scrolls aren't 100% scrolls but really closer to 99.7% scrolls, 100% scrolls have been proven to be able to fail.

We're scrolling all night to get lucky.

I've got 14 out of 14 20% Clean Slates work in a row.

I've had 6 work in a row on beryl hearts ._. and one on a desperado

I've gotten 9 to work in a row on beryl hearts so I guess not.

If you believe that just because theyare 50% you will get a 5 sucesses out of 10... well I'd feel sorry for you.

They ARE 50%, but they ARN'T 50% at the same time (and before anyone asks NO you cannot sue nexon over this because its literally IMPOSSIBLE for them to be exactly 50%)

Number wise, say each scroll has 10 possible outputs, for a 50% 5 would be pass, 5 would be fail. That is indeed a 50% chance, the problem is random number generators CANNOT truly be random, it uses math to solve its problems, thats why sometimes it will output the same result over and over. In short its not really nexon's fault, any game that runs on a random number generator is like this, simply because its IMPOSSIBLE to make a RNG that relies solely on chance.

I have heard a lot of ppl failing many. Could be certain wep scrolls or bad luck.
