i think it's alright but tea itself is good too. i don't add it cause i drink tea for "health" and milk will just make it fat. i mean i might as well not gaf and get boba
It "rounds out" the flavors, neutralizes the more bitter aspects and the heat "expands" the creamy flavors of milk. It depends on what you're drinking, but it can be an interesting addition. Nothing wrong with it.
Point completely missed. Well and truly missed. Completely on a different plane of thought.
Here's another example, the discussion is about why milk and tea, why didn't he say why no Lipton and Pura, and why didn't I reply with something like why not Doritos and Kraft? Sorta talking about the mixture of ingredients, and in saying chocolate spread and bread I'm talking about the mix of those tastes. Tea, milk. Corn chips, cheese. Chocolate spread, bread. Where did my comment even imply I use something other than Nutella anyways? Most people use Nutella, yes. I had Nutella in mind too. But I whilst I didn't say Nutella, most would think of Nutella when they read chocolate spread.
Cheers for the link though, sure showed me the depth of the world of chocolate spreads! I am mind blown that Nutella isn't the only of it's kind on the market! Also, I am very impressed that despite your vast knowledge in chocolate flavoured spreads such as Hersheys you display such great loyalty to Nutella.

"hi i just came back to maple after a 7 year break. can someone catch me up" threads and "were do i train threads" are the most necessary threads
Dude we Punjabis--Indians always put milk in our tea. Thats why whenever we go to walmart we buy all the milk jugs. We put those milk jugs in our fridge for our TEA. SO yeah.
I never had milk put into my tea cause I only drink traditional chinese tea and milk doesn't really exist in china cause hella expensive I just tried mixing milk with green tea leaves this morning and it tastes sah weird idk but maybes its good in English breakfast or something..
I moved to England and people are treating me like an abomination because I don't have milk in my flat like "How do you drink your tea then?" I don't even really like tea.
I believe they put in condensed milk to act like cream is to a coffee to make the tea not so bitter, as well as giving a more filling flavor due to the milk's fatty content.

@nhan1st:
Hazelnut spreads like Nutella is quite obviously what I was implying in chocolates spreads mate, what other chocolate like spread is there?
Because it tastes nice.
Why do people spread chocolate on bread
Disgusting. Nutella spread best spread. Anyone who uses anything else is inferior.

whats an example of a 'necessary' thread?
I've never tried it with milk before.. I usually make earl grey or green tea with honey

I never do it at home, but I always order milk teas. <3
I usually don't add anything to my tea when I drink it.
The only time it's an exception is when I drink earl grey tea. I get a double double earl grey, it's so good.
for the calciummm
I don't like tea, so I don't understand why people drink it at all.
My guess would be: because they like it.
Because it tastes nice.
