is the Us really the "best" country?
other than it's success as a country, do most people who aren't american think the US just looks
like a huge bully that does whatever it wants to whoever it wants?

Let me note here that only roughly a third of America is "the best" country. See below.
So here's a basic inequality comparison most of us can agree upon:
U.S. coast > the entirety of Canada >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the rest of the U.S. >> Mexico >>>>> South Mexico
America gets worse as you head towards the middle or south.

Wtf man. I just finished my 16hr shift and was excited to read the comments made on my thread and now it's gone. Mr.Basil's budget for XXL tissue boxes for these overly sensitive mods must go off the charts.

US has many hot women.
The best country is the one I will make from an archipelago of islands.
Best by what metric? The United States is literally the only superpower in the world.
No country is the best, and the US is no exception. For me personally, I see the US as the best in pricing (as I live in Australia, I envy US pricing a lot).
I live in the US and I'm half Swiss and constantly go to Switzerland because I have family there. I like Switzerland a lot better, and I've been to canada a bunch of times and like it better too. Maybe at once it was the best country, but right now there's way too many corrupt politicians, the economy's not the greatest though it's getting better, taxes are pretty unfair, the government is massively in debt, and the fact that there's only 2 "real" political parties makes it so nothing gets done and they just disagree to disagree.
No to the question in the title, yes to the question in the head post.
USA is definitely one of the more pretentious group of states.
While US is a powerful country, from European (Finnish) perspective it has become more and more obvious that you aren't as developed as you (or your governnent*) think you are.
You speak out loudly for democracy when your system is a dictatorship of 2 political parties. You speak for human rights but start a conflict randomly where ever you please and often ignore opinions, resolutions of UN or other civilized world. You claim to be a legal state founded on freedom, human rights and democracy. Heck, maybe you once were but what happened? USA is now a police state that has gigantic big brother spying programs targeted against its citizens and other countries, you imprison dissidents and any whistle blower who try to or reveal government corruption and war crimes which you have a lot.
I'm not even sure if US is a developed nation. You're just as totalitarian, anti-human rights as Russia and China it seems.
Sorry for all that usage of "you" btw, I meant your system. Americans are mostly nice, but considering you call that American rugbythingygame "football" I think you might be confused about the terms "foot" and "hand" as well as "ball" and "rubbercoconut".
From personal experience, I prefer Canada over the US.
We got our country by bullying others

i currently live in the united states, but i'm canadian and i agree with this post
@iHealGalore: its still a successful country overall
it would be absurd to say that any country is successfull all the times. They all have their ups and downs.
@iHealGalore:
> america never had a stable economy
Having lived in the US and Canada..
I prefer Canada over the US...
Success? Do you mean the trillions of dollars we are in debt?
just cause we is in debt, that doesn't mean we ain't successful. Sometimes resources are greater than any debt.
Why do you think we see ourselves as top dog, #1 nation?
I think what is listed in the OP and I'm American.
if people thing that USA (not america, america is a continent) is a bully, maybe its a bully
Nope. Nada. Nu-uh.

canada the best. usa for mcdonalds
"the best country" is really just based on people's opinions. People have different ideas of how good or bad they think a country is
