No chance of death? I'd probably go with a Buccaneer (or I hear Battle Mages can do a buff like SI) and a magician class... maybe Luminous or Kanna to bring the magic damage (in case the boss can cast a resist physical buff).

Ideally one bishop and an evan, assuming i have enough damage to actually deal enough damage to each boss.
A lvl 250 bishop so it can heal me when I run out of HP
1 Hacker and someone to talk to while the hacker does is thing.
