Do you moan in your sleep?

Do you? And for what reasons? Sickness? Nightmares? Stress? And how do people get rid of this.
Its like 4am right now and I can't get to sleep because my roommate is having a nightmare and moaning in her sleep. She's so loud. But I'm not going to wake her up because she already warned me in advance that she's going to have nightmares for awhile, so it don't matter if I wake her up.

lol one day with my friends we were having a sleepover, and I got this new soccer game. So in my sleep I was the commentator and yelled in my sleep.

I only moan in my sleep when I'm really tired or really sick.

Muffle her with a sock ?

I sometimes let out a little moan when I wrap my blanket around myself really tight after a long day and it's super comfortable; but almost everyone I know has done that at some point.

Yeah, I do. Usually due to relieving stress, though.

lmao how you supposed to know yourself if you moan or make sounds in your sleep, while you're asleep?
But when I was younger apparently on rare occasions, i would sleep talk

OT: I don't moan... or snore or move around. I'm a silent sleeper.
