After successfully leveling a legend character from 30 to 70, you recieve this item. It contains all of the EXP you gained from levels 30 to 70. It is account tradable. It cannot be used on a legend character. It can be used on any character except a legend character. And the character who created it can use it as well. It contains enough stored EXP to level someone from 70 to 81.

No it was the same for KMS o-o
EXP potion couldn't be transfered to any other legend class "but if the legend class made the potion it self it can use it"
and when I say Legend I mean Class introduced in the Legend Patch.

Wellp, time to make a cannon, get the pots, and keep them on standby for anything else i might wanna make in the future.
I find it cute how a Demon Slayer haves wings but still has to fly a little red airplane.

It's new, potions stack in 300s now after the update.
Also yes you can use the potion on yourself,
the 30 one gets you from like 30-38
the 70 one gets you from like 70-81
If you put the potion in storage, know that the only chars that can get it are non legend, so no Cannon, Demon, or Merc

Me personally, I'm thinking I'll use my cannoneer's one to make a tb or something and then either make a mercedes or demon slayer and use it on a cleric... yes... I am sorta warming up to the idea of Mercedes...

In KMS, I believe you could only get the 1+1 event once per account, just to prevent people from getting the exp pot on one character, then using and repeating it on all the others.

Well no, you can use it on evans. It just means you can't transfer it to another cannon shooter, demon slayer, or mercedes.

@imback4u67 I explained basically everything on my other post.. Anyways, again, they use a new system called Demon Fury. Which is just like MP.
[Longer Way]
In order for an Aran to use their skills, they'll need a certain amount of Combos to cast it. And then gain the combo back by spamming/tapping the regular attack button a few times. Now for Demon Slayers, they use Demon Fury in order to cast them. In which, again, is like MP. And in order to gain that fury back, they'll need to tap/spam their regular attack button a few times to gain it back. In which is much easier to regenerate.
[Shorter Way]
How an Aran uses their Combo meter to cast a skill. A Demon Slayer uses Demon Fury to cast their skills. An Aran relies both MP and Combos. Whereas a Demon Slayer relies only on Demon Fury and sometimes with HP.

So let's say I got a CS to lv 70 and a DS to lv 70 on the same acc. I would obtain 2 potions that contain exp from 1-30 and another 2 potions that contain exp from 30-70.
And I made a new character , and I can distribute those 4 potions however I want?

Great, so I can't get a level pot from my cannon shooter and transfer it over for an instant lvl 70 demon slayer. Oh well. Least I can take my time leveling and doing all the storyline quests.

If the potion collects the gained exp, can I level to 69, 99%, die til 0%, gain the 99% again, and repeat to make the overall exp gain much higher?
is there a limit on how many times u can do this or can u just do it like 27 times o.o
you also get one after going from 1-30, it has enough exp to get you from lv30 to lv36

are you sure you cant use it on a legend character? i used it on a demon slayer at level 30 and went straight to 37.

demon slayers have ENORMOUS amounts of hp. a lvl 16 demon slayer has roughly 1.5-2k hp without equips on. it's INSANE when combined with their 100% stance and excellent mob/mobility skills.
