Stats: 5'9, 165 lbs, 21 years old

Bench: 225x3 with a spotter
Squats: Just started squatting again after an injury, use to be able to do 315
Dead lift: I don't dead lift anymore, I prefer weighted pull ups and rows to work on my back

Curls: I preacher curl 110 lbs for like 6 reps, I can do 50 lb dumbbells but I don't like going heavy when I train my biceps, bicep training is much more about getting a good squeeze than the weight you're using, so I usually just use 40's and go for higher reps.

Dumbbells chest/shoulders: I use 80's for my bench working sets, and for shoulder press I use 70's as well, around 6 reps.

Chest flys: Currently using 50's for 7-8 reps, will probably be at 60's soon.
You grew a chest hair just writing that out didn't you.

I haven't been working out at all and my eating habits are so horrendous right now it's embarrassing. Been so busy with school and social activities I'm like, benching 150 lbs. Embarrassing.

@TrueAtheist Honestly, I think my standards are blown out of proportion. I've been training somewhat regularly with this guy , though he just gives me some pointers and such when he decides to actually come to the uni gym. The guy's a monster. Front squats nearly 500 for warmups.

@xoqtprincessxo Your back squat and front squats are crazy impressive, you're doing what people 20 lbs heavier than you do. And isn't 175 snatch good as well? My power lifting friend who's 180 lbs recently went to a meet and posted pics of him snatching 200 and his clean and jerk was 260, is that like average for his weight class? It's probably not his max.

And thanks man, well I actually haven't been able to squat in 14 months (doctor's orders), because I tore my ACL a while ago, my surgery was 5 months ago and been doing physiotherapy since then and I'm finally able to start squatting again so feels great, started off embarrassingly light though but going to slowly work my way back up.

5'7, 150 lbs, 19 years old

Bench: Been ages since I've benched. Probably sitting comfortably around 175.
DL: Last time I deadlifted was about 2 months ago. Hit 325 comfortably.

Relevant stats:

Back squat: 335
Front squat: 255
Clean and jerk: 205
Snatch: 175 (makes me so sad, need lots of work)

@TrueAtheist Praying 4 your recovery mate, what happened?
@trueatheist dam thats really nice, considering youre only 165lb. Theres this kid at my school and his only 140lb but he benches 275 max.
Thanks, haha yeah people like that are insane, I really don't get how it's physically possible. The strongest person I know in relation to bodyweight/strength is 150 lbs and can do 245, so 275 at 140 is mind boggling if he can actually do that.
What's your vertical? 315 is a pretty good amount of weight for squatting so I'm curious about your vertical, if you want to share.
I'm not sure what my vertical is, but when I could squat 315 I was bigger than I am now, I was closer to 180 lbs so it makes the 315 squat less impressive haha.
